Welcome to Parikrama365. By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand our policies and avoid any confusion before or during your travel.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed through written communication via email or WhatsApp.

  • A minimum advance payment (as mentioned in your package) is required to reserve your spot.

  • Booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance and written acknowledgment from our team.


2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the travel start date, unless otherwise specified.

  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and digital wallets.

  • Delayed payments may lead to automatic cancellation without refund.


3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Inclusions and exclusions vary by package and are clearly mentioned in your itinerary.

  • Standard inclusions may involve transport, accommodation, meals, and sightseeing.

  • Exclusions typically include entry tickets, personal expenses, and anything not listed in the confirmed itinerary.


4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by traveler:

    • More than 15 days before the tour: 80% refund

    • 7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund

    • Less than 7 days: No refund

  • Cancellation by Parikrama365 (due to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events): Full refund or reschedule option provided.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.


5. Changes to Itinerary

  • Parikrama365 reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, government rules, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any such changes will be communicated in advance and equivalent alternatives will be arranged wherever possible.


6. Travel Documents & Identification

  • Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport).

  • For restricted areas (like parts of North Bengal), guests may be required to submit ID copies for permits.


7. Health & Safety

  • Guests are advised to disclose any medical conditions prior to travel.

  • We do not provide medical insurance; travelers are advised to carry personal health insurance if needed.

  • Parikrama365 follows all standard safety guidelines but is not responsible for personal negligence.


8. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is not included in most packages unless specifically stated.

  • We recommend travelers opt for third-party insurance covering cancellation, health, and baggage loss.


9. Code of Conduct

  • Guests are expected to respect local culture, fellow travelers, and service staff.

  • Illegal activities, excessive misconduct, or violation of laws will result in immediate tour termination without refund.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • Parikrama365 is not liable for delays, damages, loss of belongings, or cancellations due to third-party vendors, weather, strikes, or acts of God.

  • We act as intermediaries between travelers and hotels, transport services, and guides.
